For as long as Helena can remember she was reaching for an understanding of things and experiences in this world beyond what her physical senses gave her. She was reaching for more; intuitively she was reaching for the understanding found at a higher level of consciousness. At first unknowingly and the more she wanted to know the True essence of all of life and her own True Power; she started to knowingly journey more inward and upward to find the ever greater Truth of Life and this World!
With over 20 years of deepening and evolving her personal daily practice of meditation, energy work and transformation in combination with all of her years of teaching, guiding and coaching adults and children, Helena embodies a level of consciousness and clarity that powerfully assists others in their awakening journey. Through her sessions people feel more empowered, more powerfully centered, at peace and have a greater sense of clarity and alignment to their True Source.
As spiritual beings having a human experience, we have the ability to express ourselves at ever Higher levels of consciousness. Our True nature is Limitless, Free, Abundance, Love, Peace, Harmony; We are infinite!
